1. Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care items
  • Supplements or consumable products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. Return Costs

  • Customer Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Return shipping will be covered by us.

4. How to Return

  2. Approval: Our team will confirm your return eligibility and provide the return address.
  3. Ship: Send the item back using a reliable courier service.
  4. Inspection & Notification: Once received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund status.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued when:

    • Returned items pass inspection

      The product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect
    • The order arrives significantly late due to carrier issues

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Damaged or Defective Products:

    • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
    • We will approve a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at ivercart1@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still request a return after receiving the item.

7. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • To get a different item, request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
