- Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Return Costs
- Customer Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Return shipping will be covered by us.

5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued when:

The product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The order arrives significantly late due to carrier issues
- Returned items pass inspection
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Damaged or Defective Products:

- We will approve a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at ivercart1@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
- After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still request a return after receiving the item.
7. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- To get a different item, request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
