Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 7-8 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Example: If your total order amount is $100, and the shipping fee is $25, your total payable amount will be $125.
  • Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected countries.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Order Cancellation

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • If you request a cancellation after shipping, the shipping fee will not be refunded (e.g., on a $100 order with a $25 shipping fee, only $100 will be refunded once the item is returned in unused condition).

Returns Due to Delivery Failure

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable in such cases.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • Keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
